Easiest approach to the church is from the north side of Queen Anne Hill from Nickerson to Third Avenue West by Seattle Pacific University.  At the stop sign at the top of the hill turn right onto McGraw and proceed to 8th Avenue.

Approaching from the south side of the hill, take Queen Anne Avenue to McGraw Street.  Turn left on McGraw Street and proceed to 8th Avenue.

QALC is located on the northeast corner of 8th Avenue West and West McGraw Street.

The church does not have a parking lot.  There is street parking along 8th Avenue West and nearby streets.

Queen Anne Lutheran can be reached by bus as well.  Metro Bus # 1 comes within two blocks of the church on 10th Avenue West, at the McGraw Street stop.  This requires a short two-block walk uphill.

Metro Bus # 2 comes within 2 blocks of the church on 6th Avenue West, at the McGraw Street stop, near Ken’s Market.  With a level two-block walk westward you will arrive at the church.

If you want to rest during the 15 minute layover at 7th and Pleasant, the same bus stops 1 block from the church at the corner of 7th Avenue West and West Wheeler Street, across from the rebuilt Coe Elementary School.  Your arrival time at the church will be later than from the earlier stop.
