Faith That Grows With You

Grow in Faith

At Queen Anne Lutheran, we believe faith is a lifelong journey—whether you’re young or old, questioning or committed, searching or thriving. Through a diverse mix of educational opportunities, we explore who Jesus is, who we are, and how we’re called to grow. Together, we seek the real and often elusive presence of God in our world, learning to live as—what Martin Luther called—“a little Christ to our neighbor.”

Weekly Forums

Everyone is welcome at our Sunday Forums—occasional visitors, curious newcomers, and long-time members alike. These gatherings are a space to connect, ask questions, and explore how Christian faith intersects with everyday life.

Held on select Sundays from late September through June, topics range from Scripture and theology to social justice, science, and service. Guest speakers include local professors, nonprofit leaders, and our own resident theologian, Pastor Dan.

Forums will resume after Labor Day.

Pub Theology

We love different views & different brews.
Pub Theology at QALC is an open invitation to explore life’s big questions—faith, doubt, meaning, and everything in between—in a relaxed, informal setting. Whether you're a lifelong Lutheran, a curious skeptic, or just someone who loves a good discussion, all are welcome.

We gather at local pubs to talk, listen, laugh, and grow—no conversion, just real conversation and real community. Pull up a chair, grab a drink, and join the conversation.

Women’s Circles

Women’s Circles offer space for connection, reflection, and shared faith. Each month, women of QALC gather in small groups—called Circles—to support one another and explore Scripture together in an open, thoughtful setting. Whether you're new or a longtime member, there's a place for you.

  • QALCW Circle meets the third Tuesday of each month at church (with a Zoom option).

  • Northern Lights Circle meets the third Monday of each month via Zoom.

Youth Ministry

Middle and high schoolers at Queen Anne Lutheran are invited to be part of Project Phoenix—a collaborative youth group shared with two other North Seattle ELCA congregations. Together, we build friendships, grow in faith, and have a whole lot of fun along the way.

Children’s Programs

At Queen Anne Lutheran, children are not just welcome—they’re cherished. Whether it’s giggles in the pews or little voices singing out during worship, we believe kids bring joyful energy to our community and deepen our shared experience of faith.

Families will find opportunities throughout the year for connection and celebration—from intergenerational events and holiday gatherings to special seasonal programming. Children are invited to grow in their faith, make joyful noise, ask big questions, and build lasting friendships along the way.

This is a place where young hearts and minds are nurtured in love, grace, and belonging.
