Mark your calendar for December's Silent Sip & Read, featuring a reading by local author Taha Ebrahimi (tahaebrahimi.com/)! Come enjoy a glass of wine (or a non-alcoholic drink of your choice) and peruse a book selection curated by Queen Anne Book Company (www.qabookco.com), while having a quiet space to enjoy your favorite book. We are excited to learn about the magnificent street trees of Seattle from author Taha Ebrahimi (including one just down the street) as she reads from her book Street Trees of Seattle.

PROGRAM⁠:

7:00 pm -  Get a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage, peruse the book table, and choose your seat⁠
                      (glass pours $7 - $10)
7:30 - 8:15 – Quiet Reading and Sipping Time⁠
8:15 – 8:30 – Enjoy a reading from Street Trees of Seattle author Taha Ebrahimi
8:30 – 9:00 – Chat and Sip with Fellow Readers⁠ (and maybe pick up a new book for the holidays)

This is perfect if you enjoy reading but find that book club isn't your thing.
